hii...i m indian citizen ..presently i m in uk on uk student visa .i got my uk student visa on 8 aug 2008. i want to go to canada on a tourist visa without any sponsorship.. bt wen i was in india i was been rejected canada student visa 2wice ,once in june 2007 and 2nd on dec 2007..my question is can i get canada tourist visa now ..i hve sufficent funds for my visit to canada...
pls help me ..i shud not get visa rejection this time....its for love reason...i hope its enough to say dis

You have to convince the immigration officer that you will come back to your country after the visit. You should show documents such as employment payslips, university registration, proof of funds, etc, etc, etc. Ties with your home country must be very clear.
Love reason won´t help you with the officer... maybe it will help to grow the relationship with your GF.

Love reasons most probably would hurt your application. You tell the visa officer you are going to see your girlfriend and they most probably will deny the visa (especially since you have already been denied twice), unless as Edu suggested you show strong reason to leave Canada on time.

thnx.... bt to make clear my gf is still indian citizen ..she s in canda frm past 3 year on student visa....so wil dis also can cause trouble or it ll nt effect....nywayz i m nt gonna apply on dis love reason lol.....thnx
