i´m married from 3 days ago and my wife she want to stay with me here in morocco right have PR what i need to know what the papers i need after married and what she will do for Sponsoring me even she stay with me here in morocco
can we just send the paper to Missisauga even she is here with me and what the papers we need for that pls just for information she is citizen Canadian she have 24 years ols me moroccan i have 28 years

Sponsoring Parents - some complication (in reply to: i need help pls)
Hi,
I need to sponsor my parents. I do qualify from the income aspect. But I have a Disabled child for whome I have been getting numrous services and assistance like Assisted Device Program, Special Serives at home, Enhanced Respite Program, 270$ from ACSD, Ontario Drug Benifit Plan and now Day Care Full subsidy 725$ from City of ottawa For my other kid as my wife cant take care of all three kids with one is disabled.
I need to know if I am still eligible for sponsoring my parents. All above services are due to my disabled daughter. I need my parents here to have some personel relief.

I am not sure if those services disqualify you or not - I don´t think they do - however your reason to sponsor them troubles me. You just finished giving us a long list of services that the Canadian government already gives to for the relief you are looking for.
If you want a care giver... pay someone.

Since you are permanent resident, you have to reside in Canada in order to sponsor your spouse.

For Commenting.
My daughrer is so fagile that we cant take risk to leave her alone even for a minute. One person is always required to have a look on her. A couple of day ago she pulled her Gastric tube out and we had to rush to hospital emergency.
we can hire a worker but there are certain limitations. One can attend her for all the day and we cant afford this for the whole year.

would your parents be qualified to look after your daughter?
are THEY asking to come and assist or are you simply looking for cheap help. Sorry if I sound cynical but it really burns me when adult children want to drag parents out of familiar surroundings, familiar language, friends, customs and social life just so they can become full time care givers for free. What about the quality of life for your parents?
I respect how hard it is to look after someone with special needs 24/7. I have a family member in a similar situation and it is exhausting. His care is complex and to be honest, most of us simply do not have the training to properly care for him. so, that is what the government assistance is for.

I want to sponsor my mother here just for family relief not to lookafter of my daughter. She would just have an eye on her while my wife is in kitchen or washroom. What could be the solution if some emergency happens in midnight. what would we do with our other 2 kids. should we wake them up and make the hospital a crying spot or we have a family member to take care. This happens several times. Fortunately my mother in law was here. she was on visit visa and went back a couple of months ago. Govenment services are helpful but we cant compare it with a help of family member. She is so willing to assist us. she is here on visit visa now and she is quite comfortable.

then sponsor her. but I would seriously consider an H&C application. A standard sponsorship could take 3-5 years. I would also get some legal advice from an expert in this area to confirm the situation with your assistance payments.

I am already in process of fiiling forms to sponsor my mother. Today I called CIC and surprised to listen that the application made in August 2006 (if I am not forgetting the month) have not been touched. Your suggestion to apply Under H&C is very practical and interesting. I would look the material available on CIC Site. Thanks for your Kind suggestion.
