The LSUC Law Society of Upper Canada has appealed to the Supreme Court of Canada to seek leave to appeal the recent decision by the Federal Court of Appeals regarding Immigration and Refugee Protection Act Authorized Representative provisions.
All CSIC Members have been asked to "to cast asunder the petty issues that distract us ..and stand united, shoulder to shoulder" by the Chair of CSIC, CEO of CSIC and Board Member of CMI Mr. John Ryan.
I would like to comment but any comment can be interpreted incorrectly and any member can be disciplined for an improper comment.
I would like to know certain things but have decided not to comment.
Maybe in a year or so the issue of whom is an authorized representative will be finally decided.
