Subject: NOC questions
  Hi,

1- I am asking if all the occupations with codes in the current NOC
list in the cic website are eligible to apply as skilled worker ?

2- Is the sales- wholesale codes all are ? either technical and non
technical ?

If I worked in a country for 6 month and it was full time job and the code falls under NOC , but I didnt have the experience certificate from the company when I left the country , do I still can apply and claim for these 6 month as I have other proofs like Visa and date of entery to the contry and exist etc ?

As you have read in other postings (and if you haven’t you real should read some of the previous posts, as this has been covered), only until after the elections would we know how the immigration system is going to change.

If the new regulations come into force, the NOC list will not be of any use, as the new list of occupations in demand will be used to determine whose application will be processed.

Ignore the above comment, the CIC website states clearly which occupations are eligible for skilled worker application and which are not. If you have read that on the CIC site you would know if your occupation falls in eligible or ineligible list.

So let me understand you correctly. You are saying that you have no prove of what your work was, but you want CIC to accept your word that your experience is skilled based on your visa and date of entry and exit? So, essentially I can work as a cleaner but claim (without any evidence) to be a highly skilled surgeon and CIC must accept that?

Based on what would CIC accept that?

is it going to change again? (in reply to: NOC questions)
We applied after February... Before, we had a chance, but that?s not the situation anymore, cause my husband occupation is not in the list anymore. We paid a lot of money to an Immigration Agency to help us with the process. I called them to ask what they were going to do about our case, and they told us not to panic, and that we still have a chance, but it might take longer. They say the list changes every certain time.

Do we have a chance, or are they just playing with our time and our money? I would like my money back to go some place else!

NOC change (in reply to: NOC questions)
I had applied as per the simplified process (with two pages application form and fees) in early Sept 2006. Now they asked me to sub,it all documents. I put NOC 2262 in 2006 but now I realize that 2263 is more suitable for me. Can I change the NOC now in the recent forms?
