Subject: Mention it or Not ?
  Hi,

I applied with the simplified application, I married 3 years ago and separated but didn´t do the formal divorce although I can do it but I am working abroad from my county , so I didn´t mention this in my application , is it okay or wrong as I don´t consider this was a marriage as we didn´t stay together for long.

Please advise what to do now and if I applied last 2 months when will be the expected reply from immigration office in London ?

Always tell the truth, if you get caught you will be charge for misrepresentation and that is a crime in Canada.

Inform CIC as soon as possible. Nothing good comes out of a lie.

Cheers,

Bill
