Hi,
My parents have permanent residence for the US but are looking at coming to Canada (through me sponsoring them) - they are South African citizens.
A few questions:
1) are my parents able to be in Canada while I sponsor them? (would they have to keep renewing their Canadian visitor visa?)
2) will the sponsorship application be processed in Buffalo, NY or their country of citizenship?
