Subject: getting a fiancee visa |

hello im from the philippines, my boyfriend will be coming over on november.and after that we would process the fiancee visa...for me to be able to live with him forever.what would be the needed documents that would be strong evident that we love each other so that the papers wont be rejected, and also would it be easier for him to get a visa lawyer for it..

(in reply to: getting a fiancee visa) 1- Sorry but there is no such a thing as a Fiancee visa.
2- A lawyer cannot do anything for him, don´t waste your money.
If he wants to visit Canada he is going to have to prove that he has no intentions to stay in Canada beyond the authorized time as a visitor. When he applies for his visa he will have to show ties to his home country. (job stability, bank accounts, house, family ties etc).
If you want him to stay in Canadawith you basically you have two options.
Unless he qualifies as a skill worker so he can immigrate here on his own merits.
Common-law parner or family member if you choose to get married.

Inalis na ang fiancee sponsorship years ago. Merong iba pang ways para makuha ka ng bf mo at makasama dito sa Canada...
