Few Questions :
>Has this bill C-50 taken effect?
>Does it mean the PR application for Skilled Immigrants is going to speed up? If so, would it really take as less as 6 months as stated before?
> Does applying for PNP gets one to Canada faster? If so, does getting into Canada with PNP and then applying for PR make sense?
Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.

(in reply to: The Bill C-50) waiting for new guidlines - still. If the Conservatives lose the election the Liberals have promised to change it all again.
I know it is frustrating. more than likely it will not affect your overall wait. Old applications are still being processed under the old rules. The only files in limbo are since March 1.

(in reply to: The Bill C-50) Thanks a lot Sharon.
I have still not applied for PR. Just wondering whether PNP would be a better option.

(in reply to: The Bill C-50) absolutely, or a work permit as an entry point.

(in reply to: The Bill C-50) How much time would a PNP or work permit take to process?
