Subject: Arranged employment
  Hi,

I have applied for skilled worker immigration ,and after two years of waiting i received letter of rejection stated that I am 5 point below minimum score.Is the rejection letter is final ,or still I can appeal or provide arranged employment document to boost my score and where I can start if there is a chance?
