that happened to my friend too. she undeclared 2 (from 4 ) of her kids for a reason that she thought the remainder 2 have no legal papers, or something like that.

she wrote a paper explaining why the other 2 were undeclared before. together with her PR application.

just send them a letter, could be two pages, explaining why your kids were undeclared at first.

and include your children now in your application with proofs that they are your kids. like birth certificates, baptismal, showing your name as their mother and their names as your kids.

anymore advice here pls...

my friend´s application together with her kids sponsorship was approved. they did medical already. and just waiting for the visa for now.

is your live in partner the father of your kids? if he is, and you guys fall under common law, you just need LOTS of proof to prove your relationship. but you should explain why you guys are not married yet, but with kids.

where in Canada are you?

birth certificates of kids must not be newly issued, unless they are newborn, (twin).....and they must show names of parents.

im in toronto.my live in partner is the father of my kids but he is back home.can i sponsor him under common law partner even if he is outside canada?i thought common law partner is only applicable when both are in canada.i hope i could talk to you more privately.you have lots of idea regarding this matter and time is running fast.i dont want to regret things in the end by not knowing what to do.my kids have already their birth certificate but as what i have said i am planning to request a new one under my live in partners family name.when i gave birth to my kids we havent declared the kids name to his family name since he is not around to sign the birth certificate.actually the situation is kinda complicated at that time.the kids are using my family name.

sponsor my future wife but son is undeclared (in reply to: undeclared children)
I want to seek some advice regarding sponsoring an undeclared son by mistake.
I was a full student in a university at the time the sister of my father that is already a Canadian citizen decided to sponsor us all my mother, father and 3 sister and me. My father is the principal applicant. At that time when I was studying in university my girlfriend got pregnant and I didn’t mention it to my parents cause im afraid that they will not let me continue my studies. Later on my girlfriend had a baby boy and lately my parent know that I have a baby boy in my girlfriend but during the process on our paper my sister fill up all the forms for us but she put single because we are not married with my girlfriend but my problem is my parent and sister they said that time that I will not put my son in the form and they said its ok because later on if I marry my girlfriend I can sponsor them . at that time I cannot decide my own because I am dependent to my parents decision. So I didn’t bother anyway until now I don’t know if I made my self misrepresented because of that silly mistake they made and me I listened to them. But in my part im dont blame my parents they don’t know what they did was I think misrepresentation. Now everyday and night I cant stop thinking trying to know if there is a way to correct all the errors I and my parent and sisters made. My son is just 2 years . I want to sponsor my girlfriend and my son and now I have a daughter.

Please help me.

Thanks.
Mark
