I am having a PR AND CANADIAN PASSPORT and I am working in Toronto for the last 4 years . Now I want to bring my father on immigrant visa . He is around 79 years age . How long it will take for him to get the visa ? Is there any speedy way ?
He is now holding 2 years multi entry visa

there is no fast way. If he can come for a visit, get him here and then apply to sponsor him. At least he can do some of the waiting in Canada.
Make sure you have lots and lots of health insurance.

I don´t get it, how can you be a PR and have a Canadian Passport?
About your dad, it might take over 5 years.
