just wanna ask this!!.. if the case slight physical injuries is inadmissible to canada. it happenned more than 16 years ago already. and the court ordered is Case dismissed with cost di officio....It was dimissed due to failure to complith PD 1508 and lck of jurisdiction.. hope somebody can share their knowledge n this...... TIA
