My occupation does not come under skill type 0 , A , B .
But I am degree holder in Comp sc . And 5 years of exp
in system & networking .
I have discuss regarding my job prospect with some It
consultants in tornto , calgery , BC .
According to them I can get a well paid .
So , can I apply for permanent immigration though I am
not eligible in 0 , A , B section .

Refer again to the NOC... this time compare your main duties (not your current job title or designation) vis-a-vis jobs found in "217 Computer and Information Systems Professionals" or "228 Technical Occupations in Computer and Information Systems".
