Silly question!

If you already do your occupation in India and you have the required experience etc. Why would any Canadian company or government discriminate against you. YOU HAVE THE ABILITY

That would be close to committing suicide for them!

We in Canada do not view people with the lost of a leg disabled.

We in Canada try to take the higher moral road.

We in Canada try our utmost to promote diversity.

We in Canada assess ones ability to do the task, then employ them.

We have a National Charter of Rights and Freedoms and many provinces have added additional rights when it comes to employment.

If Varun has been interested in living and working in Canada he should of already known that.

If Varun works at a keyboard why would he be discriminated against if he had only one leg? Why would Varun be applying for a position that requires two legs?

Each and every person wanting to change work locations to another country have an obligation to know something about that countries culture when it comes to their particular concern.

In that way it was a silly question. Canada does not have a class system like India where certain individuals are classed as untouchable, etc.

Attack someone who is being nasty, I wasn´t. 65.46.194

What I was implying that it would be illegal and suicide for any company to discriminate against a person who could do the work just because they have only one leg.

Canada do discriminates. That is why you have educated colored people working in factories and driving taxis and less qualified whites are giving them orders. Promotion is nil in some quarters. The whites smiled at you and then stab you in the back.
Canada does have a caste system, not glaring like India, but based mostly on economic strata.
If you do not have the right connections in Canada you are doomed.
People like Roy Kellogg can afford to praise Canada because he is milking money from poor immigrants. Without the immigrants money he would be right at the bottom of the white trash class.
