Hi Everyone:
Can anyone guide me as my parents specially my father has been told that he is inadmissable as they have found he is diabetic and uses insulin to lower this, CIC delhi further states it could create burden on canadian health system, i am a technologist and can afford any of ther future bills if any moreover why is this insulin dependecy inadmissbale can they visit me if not immigrate guide me please please ,

CIC does not really care if you can pay his future bills or not because there is absolutely no way to hold you to that promise. And should the diabetes progress and cause further complications, you could not begin to pay the bills even on your salary. A universal health system is exactly that and there are not to many ways to opt out.
as for visiting - given a failed sponsorship application, you will probably have a hard time. They/you will have to prove they will go home at the end of their visit. How will you do that when you have already indicated they want to move to Canada? There may be a wild chance if one parent remained behind with the family home and they visited you separately.

Hi Sharon:
Thank for your response but mom is visiting me presently and will go in the time of her visitor visa back home do you think there is a possibility that they will see this positive and issue a TRV at least,
any more help appreciated.

I am assuming you are talking about your father. If I was a CIC officer, I would not issue a TRV to your father until Mom was back in her home country.
