| Subject: Former employer out of business |

A friend of mine from the UK has applied to a work permit but she hasn´t done the type of work that they applied for in 5 years. They submitted all the necessary paperwork including letter of employment that they received when they left their job 5 years go but now they´ve since have gone out of business. Will this slow the process time if they can´t contact the former employer and what else might need to be done? A job offer and LMO are already in place so is that enough for acceptance?
