you just finished your interview for PR and they said they will send the PR in mail.......hehehehe:) why are you lying? Sounds like you have nothing else to do. Get a life man!

if your story is legit - why did you not tell the IO your intentions to marry at your interview.

If you land without changing your status with CIC, you are misrepresenting yourself and you will be barred from sponsorhing your spouse.

if i am ineligible to sponsor my spouse forever, will they revoke my PR? will i get deported?

should i re marry?

how would remarrying solve this?

if you land while you are married and it says single on your PR documents - you have a problem.

before you land, you need to notify CIC and ask them what you should do. they will probably make you wait until they add your wife to your application.

not sure you have too many other options.

it is true. once your PR is revoked you are deported... or they won´t even let you leave the airport.

The best way to clear this up is to not land until you have notified CIC about your status change. At least you have half a chance if you do this.

why would you want to come to Canada without your spouse???

you would be waiting at least 3 years before you can try again.
