Subject: FSW - Modules to fill
  Hello to everybody,

my fiance after applying last year as FSW received the letter from the Embassy to provide all the documents.

Among the list of modules to be filled (i.e. for example IMM0008 Gen, Schedule 1, Schedule 3, etc.) there are some other that are not applicable to her, for example IMM 5476 Use of a Representative, or IMM 5406 Additional Family Information (and also a third that I don´t remember).

My question: shall she has to include also these "empty" modules along with the others, writing N/A in the relevant fields, or she can avoid at all to manage these forms?

Many thanks, cheers
L.

Yes, you have to include the Form IMM-5406.

Complete Section A since you´re the applicant and you have mother and father. If you don´t have spouse, sign the Note 1.

Complete Section B. If you don´t have children, sign the Note 2.

Complete Section C if you have brother or sister.

Sign the Section C and include the application date.

Complete Form IMM-5476 only if you have a representative.

Good luck!
