Why an earth you are bothering with this simple thing? Just take a IELTS test...SO simple and Perfect.

There no such sample exist...just write an Essay on your life..that´s all

It is alsways advisable to take IELTS. The CIC is STRONGLY RECOMMEDNED for the same. No evidence will serve the purpose.

Well, taking IELETS is always the best way however, if you think that you have enough evidences to prove that you are fluent in english than there is no harm in submitting such evidences. If they will not accepet, they will ask you to do IELETS ...right. Write a simple letter stating that you studied english for these many years (in school, college, university). You work experience is in an aenvironment where official lanaguge was english for communication (wriiten and oral). Get letetrs and business cards from your english speaking supervisors giving coments about your fluency in english and attach with the letter. Get a letter from university professors stating that you are fluenet in english. So as many evidence you may have access to, you should attach with your letter. And seek an exemption for IELETS. Hope this is gonna help, if not, final remedy would be the IELETS. Thetre is a lot odf effort involved gathering these evidences and still there would be no guarantee so as tariq mentioned, go for IELETS if you belive that you can get good score, otherwise practice IELETS , there are a lot of material available for IELETS exams.

What I am thinking is to go with out the IELTS and provide evidence. I have graduated from an american university and working (from 2 months) in a US company. The IELTS test center is really far from here.

If CIC needs IELTS and all the other factors are ok, will they still return my package?

Thanks
Paras.

Just Take the IELTS, forget about distance, go to the test center and take the test. there you can find the exact points you can get. Take the IELTS! Do IT! They may not return the package but with IELTS you are making your application with no observations about English. Take the test.

No one can give you a sample letter because if they give you a sample letter then you are not proving your efficiency. Take the IELTS tests, but be aware that the majority of native English speakers probably won´t get a perfect score, and I highly doubt that you will be able to either.
