| Subject: Confused about PR Status |

Hi
I am currently working in usa.I had applied for canadian PR & got it.I travelled via Car from usa to Toronoto for my first landing in october 2007. Got my PR card , social and moved back to usa as i had project obligations.
Now i am planning to move to canada permanently and have already scheduled a couple of job interviews in toronto. However When i tried to change my address for my PR card via http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/
it does not show any data for me and says there is no info for this.
I contacted one of my friends in canada and he says that this would mean that my PR is cancelled for some reason.
Does that mean my PR has been cancelled? I tried to called CIC call center but they only take calls from within canada.....So how can I talk to somebody who can inform me whats going on and whats the problem with my PR? It was my understanding that i could move back to canada anytime within 2 years.

Don´t worry - your PR has not been cancelled. You have 3 years to move back to Canada.
