| Subject: PR Application from outside of the country |

I am currently in Greece with my husband. I am still a resident of Canada and have been in Greece for only 2 months. We are almost finished with the compiling of the documentation. 2 Questions on where to go from here:
a) How can I obtain an Option C form when I am outside of the country? The only phone number listed on the application is an 800 number which only works in Canada. As I need to request this, does anyone have an alternative direct dial number to use? Revenue Canada doesn´t have anything on their website for an Option C when I searched there.
b) Do I send both parts ~ Sponsorship forms (my docs) and Applicant´s papers (my hubby´s docs) to the Visa office in Rome, or do I need to send my Sponsorship papers to Mississauga and my husbands papers to Rome. I haven´t been able to get a clear answer on this one. I would like to send his papers to the office in Rome as the processing time is about half of what it appears to be in Canada.
