Hi All
My spouse sponcership case is in process applied in march 2008. 3 days ago my wife received a letter from high commission to send husband´s financial position in canada. I have 3 kids and wife. My question is, in family or spouse sponcership do they required the financial position ?
and 2nd for how long it will take more to get the visa in islamabad as medical and all other informations are already been submitted.

Income is not an issue if the spouse is a Canadian Citizen or a PR residing in Canada.
If the sponsor is working in the USA and did not declare it the IRS shares their income tax information with CRA.
Something does not make logical sense since the sponsor was already approved.
Is there more to tell?
