Hi ive recently have been kicked out of my home from my parents im 16 my stepdad is a canadian citizen and my mother is not neither am i i cannot work and i can not support myself if i go back to the Us and live with my relatives my mom said she will press charges against me as a run-a-way although when i come back here she will not let me live in her home.
any advice will be appreciated dearly , Thanks.

there is no law against running away.
Sorry this is happening to you. Not sure what the reasons are for the conflict but threats rarely improve the situation. Do what you must do and hopefully you can salvage the relationship with your Mom when cooler heads prevail.
Is your US status legal?

yeah i am still a US citizen but ther eis no point in me going back to the US i do not have the ride to get my pass port and i do not have my birth cirtificate so im sure i could not cross the border

Aren´t the parents legally bound to take care of the children untill they are 18?

that is a different issue. that is Family Services of the province where you reside. Question would be, is Mom and son legally in Canada and do they fall under the provincial jurisdiction.
without a passport or birth certificate, getting across the border is not ever going to happen.
something is going to have to give. either Mom turns over documentation, or Mom and son need to kiss and make up. Neither is likely very easy but somebody will have to make the first move.
