hello to eveyone....
i need serious help....i applied for student visa in new delhi in 2002 but it was refused.... but now i had applied for PR under SW in 2007aug in London..
The thing i want to ask you that in 2002 i hired a immigration consusltant in india .and he add some more information from himself in my application that i study this as well and this as well....but i didn´t done that......but now in 2007 in london i submitt my application true but now i am getting worried that they might check that old records and refuse my application...pl if someone knoe let me know that how long they keep your information in their system?

I think they will have your all info. Your study visa was refused coz you/your lawyer gave the wrong info. The guys sitting in CHC assessing yous application are not stupids.
When you knew it that your lawyer had added wrong info. why didnt you stop him? Didnt you sign the application? Anyway the bottom line is be honest.
Its nice that you have given the correct info. this time. Hope for the best and good luck.

Some officers do due diligence while others could care less. Some are strict while some are not.
Some clients are fooled by their representatives and know nothing until it is too late.
Some clients request their representatives to lie.
Start praying that your transgressions will not be noticed.
