Hello ,
I recently submitted my papers required for a student visa and now i need to do a medical , but i did not write down my mailing address , i wrote down my e-mail , telephone number and fax number.
How will the Canadian embassy send me a "medical form" then ? I will need it to take a medical.
Sorry , i know this is an "immigration" forum but i´m desperate!

I would send a letter to CHC with my total details and address.
