| Subject: Application under processing and got the H1 USA |

Hi,
I applied for Canadian immigration 5 year back from new delhi.
Meanwhile I recently received the H1 Visa USA and i am currently in USA.
Few months back i received a letter from Canadian immigration office for submitting the updated document and english test else they would proceed with the available information. I couldn´t send those.I checked out my points, as per the 5 year old application, it still more the the required.
I would like to know what should i do in this case.
Do i withdraw my application? What will happen if they ask me to come for interview?

do you want to immigrate to Canada or not? if not, please withdraw the application and make room for somebody else. If you do, and you still are within the deadline... get the requested documents in or take your chances that you are not being assigned the points you think you deserve. YOU think you have the required points but that really counts for nothing. CIC math is the only math that counts.

Hi Sharon,
I would really want to immigrate Canada.
The deadline is already over 2 month back.
Can i withdraw the application at this point of time?Is is the sensible thing to do now.( i may withdraw and apply from US also, just hesitating as its alreay in 6th year.)
If yes, i would appreciate if you could tell me the procedure for that.

I don´t know what to tell you.
Your file may already be closed and you are back to zero. I would try and keep the file open if it is not too late. New rules are in the works and they are holding all applications since the end of February until they can sort out the selection criteria.
