Hi,
i just want to ask because my mother has been diagnosed for a Hepatitis B. although it´s not that serious because it was detected early from her yearly executive check up, I´m just wondering if this would affect her applicationn..
She has been petitioned under parents category.. she´s 61 years old..

(in reply to: Roy or Sharon need Advice (medical exam)) Well,Hepatitis B could spread by blood transfusion or a health worker could get the disease if accidently gets a needle prick from a Hepatitid B posstive patient. Actually we do not know how far it is going to affect yor mother´s immigration. Better check with www.cic.gc.ca. Some times CIC may request for futher tests and expert openion.
