Need Expert Advice please...
I am a citizen of India currently working in US. I entered US in 2003 as L1 from our office in India. My company is now applying for Intra-Company Transfer to our office in Ontario, Canada.
My questions are.
1. Once I enter Canada with Intra-Company transfer work permit/ Visa, Can I apply for PR right away? Or should I wait for certain period of time?
2. Should I apply to the CIC office in Canada/ Buffalo, NY/ India?
3. If i get work permit for 3years, Is there a possibility of getting the PR before my work permit expires?
