I came to canada in 2006 and claimed for refugee(I am from mexico). In 2008 my application for leave to federal court was denied so now I am leaving canada voluntarily within the 30 days. My questions are: Can I consider this as a departure order and not a deportation order.
how long do I have to wait before coming back to canada if I have a job offer from a canadian company and can i apply at the airport under the NAFTA agreemment.

You claimed refugee status due to a well founded fear of persecution or risk to life issue from Mexico, correct?
You were represented by an authorized representative probably a Lawyer in front of the IRB. Did you get Legal Aid to cover his/her costs?
You had legal counsel (a.k.a. Lawyer) file an application for leave to appeal. Members of the Bar can only file with the Federal court. Did you have a Legal aid certificate for that too?
Your leaving without filing a Pre Removal Risk Assessment application due to any new evidence of a risk to your life if you return to Mexico. Why not submit a PRRA you did make a refugee claim due to a well founded fear of persecution?
Now you want to come back and your worried rather or not you will need to seek the consent of the Minister to return.
So you want to come in under NAFTA real quick. hmmmmm

Reading between lines, I think you need a written authorization from the minister to return to Canada but I am not sure, if I were in your boots I would hire a professional to help me out.
The advise that you are looking for will require more details and that kind of consulting is not free and ain´t cheap either.
