To All
Recently I tried to correct a posting from Anonymous IP address 79.107.224 in regards to persons illegal in a country and where they can submit their FSW application. Ruperto was inquiring about getting fingerprints for a FSW application and not as a visitor. 79.107.224 posted three replys and did not claim they were a CBSA Officer until the tenth posting. He/She claims to be a CBSA Officer but has not read the CIC manuals so I have copied and posted them here below for [**.79.107.224] Anonymous CBSA Officer.
Guest M was correct and clear5ly understood the logic of the original posting. I post here to support people like Guest M and to stop bad advice from being given out by persons claiming to be knowledgeable!!!
READ the postings carefully.

OP1 Chapter 5.17
2. For the purposes of R11, situations in which an individual is considered to have been ?lawfully admitted? will include (but are not limited to):
i) persons who were lawfully admitted, but no longer have legal status when the application is submitted. For example, a person who has entered a country lawfully but at some time subsequent to lawful admission has lost legal immigration status is considered to have been lawfully admitted, whether or not status has been restored at the time of the application to the visa office. Such applicants may or may not qualify for a visa, but their application must be accepted for processing and assessed on its merit.
EVERYONE HERE SHOULD FEEL HONORED THAT (supposedly) NOW CBSA OFFICERS NOW ARE TROLLS ON THIS SITE.
I just hope that all CBSA Officers read the postings carefully before they answer incorrectly, again.

i think you forgot about something verry important,
he works for the governement, talking about his job on an internet forum is completely illegal, he has to conform to the secret of his position

Hi Roy,
Thanks for clarifying the point and for posting the relevant passage from the CIC manual.
After finding out that a 21-year old ex-law enforcement officer from Michigan trolls this site, I am not surprised that now CBSA officers are on it too.
There are just too many people who find it fun to post incorrect information. I just don’t get what pleasure this kind of posting brings to them. Why is screwing up someone’s life so gratifying to them.
Oh well, guess it takes all kind.
