| Subject: Study Visa during PR application in progress |

Hi, My PR application is in progress, Last month I sent updated documents in response to the 90 days processing time letter. This month my son got an offer of admission from Engineering @ University of Toronto. If I apply for his Study Visa, there is a requirement that I should show them that my son will not stay in Canada after his studies, but that is not possible because his name is included in my file for permanent residence. Any advice.
