i had applied for the Skilled category and i received a letter from CHC yesterday and it says that there are number of stages in processing your applications. This is to inform you that you have been successful in one of the stage, that being the positive outcome of the assessment of your case. As a result your application has been [b]provisionally[/b] accepted.
Further processing stages are still required and must be undertaken before a final decision can be made. such as medical examination for you, which you will receive it with in few weeks. once you have passes the medical examination successfuly and have satisfied the other Statutory requirements, you willbe eligible for a Canadian Immigration Visa.
In the mean time they have asked me to submit the update police Certificate aswell. and also advised me not to sell you property and not to leave my job until i get the Immigration Visa.
i jus have to ask that....whether they have waived my interview or not ? and are they gonna send me medical after the submit the police report ?
