Subject: Marriage after the PRAA Removal Date
My husband and I have gotten married after he was given a removal date (Praa was not accepted) and he did and has no left the country.

After saving money we will finally be able to legalize him. My question is will he have to and is he able to apply for his residenceship within Canada or will he have to go back to his country and apply for residence there seeing as he should not be here.

Our lawyer told us it is better for him to voluntarily leave and apply outside. A second lawyer has told us that if he has not been given a deportation letter he can still apply within Canada..

PLEASE HELP..what should we do?

he has to apply from outside and he has make his leaving verified by a boarder officer , if he didn t show up it means he is under arrestation bill, when the time will come to apply he will have to answer yes for some question in the application
in all case your husband will have to apply for an authaurization to return if his pr is approved, the fact that he didn t show up will make the chance of being accepted fewer
but if he lives he gonna have more chance anyhow

Very good Acrobat or who ever you are.

You forgot that he has to be arrested to execute the warrant prior to leaving and that he should pay removal costs!

Can a praa application be withdrawn after I´ve submitted it and then can I apply for inland spousal?
