Hi,
I am finishing my Masters degree in coming august 2008. I am planning to submit my documents within a month. So can I tick Masters degree in the PR application form? and do i get 25 out of 25?
Another question. My IELTS expired before 9 months. Can i still use it?
I am studying in IL, USA. So I am not planning for IELTS. It is ok?
Please give me suggestions.

Hi Pradhan,
You have to meet the pass point AT THE MOMENT when you apply. That mean you cann´t count the Master degree.
You cann´t use your IELTS. If you mother tongue is not ENGLISH then TAKE a test...DONOT take any risk.

If before your IA is done you can submit the proof of degree completion you will be awarded 25 points.
In the initial application you cannot claim Master´s degree as you do not have that yet.
You can try writing proof of language proficiency and mention your IELTS score in that and also submit a photocopy with the application. If you are asked to take IELTS your luck.

but im not agree with the Samm or tariq....i think masters counts even after u submit your application. and he can still send IELTS result to CHC.
