I have three questions, PLEASE HELP!
1) I lived in the US for the last 7 1/2 years, I entered on a turist visa, I´m in removal procedens,
2) I got married to a canadian citizen a week ago, we been together for three years, he comes and stayed here on and off during that time.
3) He is ready to summit the sponsorship paper, he lives and toronto but just got a job in Quebec and will needs to apply from there, so what is the best thing to do?? should he apply right a way for me, do I need to apply from my home country in South America?? I really need some advise. I do not have any criminal records, just the over stayed visa.Thanks a lot, please give me any sugestions!!!

IT´s just a advice, check more and if you like follow..

You can apply from US but sometimes it´s more trouble collecting documents i have seen ppls who are staying illigally in different country then home country they have got visa, but had to go through lot of situations and was delay. if you go to your backhome the case will be straight forward. you may have to submit FBI fingure prints since you stayed in states for long time,which you will be able to get from local american embessy in back home.
I am not an immigration consultant, got these info from checking lot´s of forum and going through ppls experience.
