| Subject: my application is sent to the wrong place -- HELP |

I made a huge mistake by sending my re-entry application to CIC mississauga, which i should really send it to NYC or buffalo. And it has been over 1.5 months as of now, the processing time for the application at mississauga office is 38 day which is already passed.
I was hoping them to send my packet back as a wrong application, however I still did not received any thing from them. Also, I faxed them 3 times already (but i am not sure whom should i refer to), didnt get any feedback either. anyone please tell me what to do at this moment? the application contatins all my original document such as passport, working permit.

Unfortunately they´re not always immediately responsive as they´re very busy and overwhelmed with applications. My guess is that CIC Mississauga would probably forward your package to Buffalo. In that case, they would not necessarily inform you of the forwarding action.
You may also want to email Buffalo and describe the situation for them, so they can take any corrective action for you - either be on the lookout for your package, or make an effort to locate it from CIC Mississauga.
