sponsoring a spouse, no children, no multiple countries of residence, similar religions, cultures, ages and lots of evidence of a genuine relationship.

Dear Sharon,

1st of all thanks for replying my message.

Second i have a few questions kindly please reply me.

My Spouse is from my country and she is now citizen of Canada and we are having same cultures, and same religion. but only age a little elder then me. i mean my wife 3 years elder then me. bigger. do you think CIC, local office will delay our application processing.

But, the rest everything is genuine relationship. i mean we provided everything like. Marriage Certificate, Police Certificates, Wedding photos, Telephone bills etc.

Dear Sharon,
My medical will get expire within 3 months and my application is now under processing since mid of Feb 2008. do you think i will inshallah get my Visa before expirey date of my medical.

And still only i received my Acknowledgement recipt, AOR. letter it says processing spousal is 6-8 months as i mentioned above that my medical will expire within 3 months what do you think about my case.

Application approved from Case Processing Center-M.Jan08.
CHC,local Canadian Embassy started Processing Mid of Feb08.

and now waiting.......

Please Sharon reply my message.

With best regards
Karimi

first, I don´t think age will cause any problems for you. 3 years is not a large gap.

While I cannot comment on whether your case will be approved... things just seem to be taking lots of time.

if you are concerned, have your spouse request Foss notes to see if there are any concerns that you should address.

you would not be the first person that has been asked to redo their medical.

nobody can predict whether you will be asked for a new medical - I know it is very frustrating.

the best you can do is simply wait and deal with it, if and when it happens.

I would like to ask one last questions kindly please reply me.

1-After inshallah i get my visa with stamp, then i am the responsible to pay for my ticket. because i am sponsor by my Spouse.

2- if i am the responsible to pay for the ticket so can you estimate how much ??

Sharon is right, Man. Why are you asking about the price of ticket? Contact your local travel agent and get the information. By the way where are you travelling from?
