Subject: Arranged Employment |

I wish to claim points for arranged employment while filing for my PR applications. In this regard, I had a couple of questions :
- I am working as a full time employee of a software services company in Vancouver, BC (not on contract) and I have an "open" employment agreement with the company, mentioning wages, etc. By "open" I mean that the employment agreement does not mention any end-date for my employment. Will this be enough document to provide in my PR application ?
- I have been in Canada and in this employment for the last 6 months and my work permit is valid for one year (likely to be renewed). Can I file for my PR (using the "Regular Process" and claiming points for Aranged Employment") right away or do I need to wait atleast for 1 year of completion of my stay in Canada ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
SunnyS
