Subject: Appeal dependants case
My son application was denied base on the fact that I did not list him on my application when I applied for my Visa 15 years ago.

I landed in April and he was born in feb. I did not know that I should have done so.

Now have sponsered all my other dependant children and I am denied my 15 year old based on something I did not do

The little boy is going crazy out of his mind because he is the only one who cannot come. I NEED MY CHILD here, Canada is my home now and so should his.

I send to have this appeal, do I stand a chance, I dont have money for lawyers. What are my options any advise would help

117 (9) (d) is draconian legislation that may be overturned soon by the Federal court but until then you have little chance sorry for telling you this but stay tuned and if the legislation is overturned I will post it here.
