| Subject: US border crossing question |
While coming from Canada what kind of questions can be asked at US border? I have H1 visa and AP.
Which is more preferable
1.driving back from Canada to US
2. or Taking a train/bus? What do people generally do?

Usually people drive back.
You will be asked general questions like what employer you work for and where do you live in the US and stuff like that.
It will take you an hour at least to get through the US border.... so if you are planning to catch a flight from a US airport.... plan in advance.

It took me 2 minutes to get through the US border and I drove. Very simple, straight forward questions and I gave them very simple, straight forward, honest answers. The border can be and usually is a very pleasant experience as long as you have nothing to hide and are honest.
