Subject: Looking for job offer from Canada |
I am looking for an employer to offer me a job in Canada. I am a competent professional with 4 years experience in the pharmaceutical marketing. I have applied for canadian immigration and received a file number.

(in reply to: Looking for job offer from Canada) Hi Ubaidulla,
It´s very difficult to get a job from outside. Most of the Employer want PR status...beside that Marketing is not a very good subject any where in the world..especially if you are a foreigner.Try this site: http://www.allcanadianjobs.com
Good luck.

B.pharm/Medical Representative with 4 years experience (in reply to: Looking for job offer from Canada) thank you Tariq for your kind reply. I will surely go throgh the site you have given. In addition to the Marketing experience, i am a registered pharmacist. I was hoping if I get a job offer from any canadian employer, it will significantly reduce the time of migration process. Please advice.

(in reply to: Looking for job offer from Canada) For a new immigrant, even from within Canada it´s difficult to get a decent job! Ubaidulla, good luck, you´ll need it a LOT. My suggestion, keep your present job.

job hunting (in reply to: Looking for job offer from Canada) exactly. the chances to get a job as a recent landed immigrant without ´canadian experience´ are quite slim these days - even in metro areas such as GTA/toronto. the chances to get a job as a PR from abroad are even lower and to get an employer that will sponsor your visa are even lower - almost zero. applying from abroad is pretty much wasted time.
there are loads of unemployed canadians who have been looking for a job for several months - some even for more than 1 year!
I´m not writing to demotivate but to set the right expectations ---
good luck!

(in reply to: Looking for job offer from Canada) I am writing just to tell you what the REALITY is, not some immigrant Cinderella stories that you might see in the internet or hear from immigration consultants. I´ve been there, wasted a lot of time and money, and now I´m happily back in my own country. Middle-class workers, stay away from Canada. Don´t say I didn´t warn you.
