Hi,
I am applying Canadian PR Immigration by family class. I live in US from 2004 to now and lived in Taiwan from 1980 to 2004. My national is Taiwan. I already have FBI certificate. Is Taiwan Police Certificate Necessary for application?

You have to provide police clearance certificate from every country where you have resided for more than six months since your 18th birthday.
