Subject: INVESTIGATION
Please advice, My wife has been calling the embassy through her MP to ask the extent they?ve gone in our application, last year November she called and the MP told her that she?ll hear from them before end of February 2008, and she called last week the MP told her that she(MP) called the embassy and they told her that they are investigating the marriage in the country where she came to marry me and how long she stayed when she came here for the marriage. I don?t understand what they are really doing because my marriage with her is legal and we have our marriage certificate which we applied with.

Another question is , is this part of background check because after my interview June last year the IO told me that he?ll go investigation. investigating the marriage is one thing I don?t understand, it?s a genuine relationship.

My medical has expired together with my police report since last year.

Did the sponsor come to Canada as a spousal sponsorship get a quick divorce and go home and marry their true love??????

That Rahima is the normal reason why they conduct an Investigation even though they approve the sponsor.

I can see your MP was not of much assistance.

Unless I see the forms I really can give you a clear answer. You need someone to shove them.

The CAIPS notes may have something but worse is a poison pill letter from someone that does not like you or your partner.

Has someone been smiling too much around you lately?

Did you have an argument about a month ago?

Had a client who told her co-workers that she had been approved stage 1 for a spousal application from within Canada.

As a Supervisor she disciplined an employee. That employee called CIC 1-888-242-2100 in Canada and falsely claimed that her spouse was living else where and with another woman.

Be very careful who you talk to until he is here with a PR card.
