If we live outside of Canada can we pay our fees for Family class sponsership online? It says we can on our notes but when we go to the website it says payment of fees (from within Canada only)

You are to pay to Immigration at Mississauga CPC since you are sponsoring him/her outside of Canada.

Yes if you have a credit card. Follow the instructions and you will see the correct link to the place you want to be.
