I earlier saw your postings, to me everything looked perfect, in fact one of the best organized package I´ve even seen in my little personal experience.

Good Luck!

thank you so much D_C for your nice comments, it really helps me not to be super conscious about our application. Whatever possible things, i really included it in our application, i just wanted it to be organized and perfect so that I will get my visa approved.

thank you for the link too, everybody has their own point. well, i just feel the need of a consultant jsut to review our applications.Maybe im just over concious and overreacting :-)

Good to know Marnelle.

Just few advise, probably redundants; don´t send lot of materials specially the ones particularly not asked by the CIC. Over submittals sometimes may raise extra scrutini from their part.

In the picture list, try to add few pictures taken before your marriage stamped with date. That´ll corroborate strongly your relationship.

Do you have any phone bills showing his no. or he has any bills showing your no.? That is very helpful and most of the time CIC looks for that.

Consultant reviews are always helpful to be on the 100% safe side.

I know you should be OK though.

Good Luck.

I highly doubt any authorized representative Consultant or Lawyer would review what you have already completed. Both Consultants & Lawyers pay too much to be authorized it is unlikely they would risk a complaint. Consultants and Lawyers have to keep their knowledge up to date and this plus fancy offices in Canada are a huge responsibility. Some Lawyers/Consultants might look it over but highly unlikely.

Unlike what Peeping Tom with all of his knowledge failed to mention the following regarding Lawyers versus Consultants. Many consultants like myself were trained by CIC and acted as the Ministers Counsel for years.

Peeping Tom´s buddy Balwant is the untrained by CIC Consultant that may have had six months training or learned by his mistakes like most Lawyers do. Other Consultants who took a two year community college course have some training.

That does not infer that Balwant is not knowledgeable but what knowledge does he have Peeping Tom? What does it say on his web site?

Roy,
You post is off topic and confusing, also it has "marketing" and "soliciting" written all over it....

Marnelle,
I personally feel you guys can do it on your own but if its peace of mind you want, go ahead and hire a consultant, it won´t be easy on your wallet though !
All the best.

Nice try Raj but if you actually read DC post he included this so therefore not off topic DC expanded the topic.

I have always said Raj get references and that means that when CSIC first was created you only had to prove ten cases had been submitted in your name or company name. Is that what Balwant did Peeping Tom????

Many Lawyers do far more then just one type of Law Practice and are a Jack of all areas and a Master of none.

I am not marketing or soliciting get a life, Raj. The issue is why on earth would someone with real credentials other then yourself or Peeping Tom review this application. Your right it would cost an awful lot and she seems well organized as I stated to her previously.

The issue is she thinks her Partner is worth it especially today but I wrote I doubt she will find anyone willing to just review what stuff she completed already.

All authorized members would have to obtain a contract and the authorized representative would have to be disclosed as per IP9. This I do not think she wants to go this far down that road.

So Raj why should she believe your advice what are your credentials. Is that how you got here? Open Question!

Roy,

Her original question was whether she should hire a represantative or not.

I simply asked her to follow the link as that was almost the same thing she was loking for. I don´t think that was expansion or of topic.

Roy,

I have never mentioned Balwant in this scenario. I have never met him, but only hearing good things about him and reading about him. Why drag him into this?
What I can say about Balwant is that he has more credibility than you. He never robbed anyone of fees or commission, he never reported anyone to the authorities, he always uses his own name with one IP address, he has an LLB law degree from the University of London and from what I heard he is a practising Attorney in Guyana and Trinidas but not in Canada plus he is a politician in Guyana.

He was never involved in this argument, so keep him out.
It seems his ghost is haunting you and otehrs here.

You want cheap publicity here but you have to change your bad ways.

A LAWYER IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN A CONSULTANT, LIKE IT OR NOT.

you are blindly defending someone you have never met? I am still waiting to see those email you claim Balwant sent to you.
