Hello Everybody,
I´ve just visited Toronto and gotten back to NJ.
I was hoping to head back and convert my visitors to a work permit.
I know that sounds flaky and is a bit dishonest but I did like the Canada and this seems to be a expeditious way. If it can work..
Please let me know if by law this is possible?
For example if while in Canada on a visitors I can get a company to offer me a position, will the Canadian immigration authorities approve of that?

you must apply for a work permit in your country of residence.
