Been in UAE for two years - met gf there. She is from Philippines. I´ve been separated from my 1st wife for two years and My divorce is a month away from being finished. I had to move back to Canada before I could marry my gf in Phils and the topper being that she is 4 months pregnant. I´m obviously freaking out that I won´t be able to get her here before the birth of my first child - my question to you is:
Should I even bother starting the visa process until my divorce is finalised and I fly to Philippines to marry my gf?

Like Fillipino´s who are unable to divorce go to www.cic.gc.ca and search manuals then read the OP2 manual regarding a relationship issue even if not divorced.
How can a Fillipino who can not get divorced be aopproved in Canada while living common-law.
Read and you will understand.
