Hi I wish to sponsor my wife who is UK citizen. I am a canadian citizen.. The issue is i was married previously and had sponsored my ex wife from India. Am i able to now sponsor my wife? I heard that you have to wait 2 years to clear before you can sponsor your spouse? It will be two years in April 2008 but can i still go ahead with filing for sponsorship prior to April..? All help much apprciated.

you must complete the first sponsorship undertaking (3 years) before you can begin another application. Your UK wife might be able to come quicker as a skilled worker?
