Sharon and Roy, I believe you are over reacting to my reply. Please, don´t take it personnel. I´m a sorry guy if I didn´t clarify my previous post.
If I believe that we are not suppose to advertise our services where we are suppose to help each others, it doesn´t mean that I´m attacking you Roy, it simply means that we, in this forum, are suppose to help each others as it says in the rules. there are a lots of site where we are allow to advertise and we pay for the ADs we put.
The important thing that encourages me to post my previous message is: they are people who promises the ones who wants to come to Canada, to help them process their application faster way and ask them for a lots of money. I´m not saying that is illegal, but my opinion is I don´t think it is good to exploit vulnerable people. I´m sure you can understand my fear.
I´m not saying it is your case Roy or the case of someone else using this forum because I´m not in the position of judging someone I don´t know, I´m only trying to help poeple and expect to be helped too.
Also, I would like to clarify one important point, I´m an IT Professional and I have never use the forums to offer any of my IT services. The name "Advisor" has been picked up without any back intention of making money through the forums. My intention when using forums is "taker and giver intention" means "sharing know ledges and information" not some thing else.

yes, I like your handle much better.
Anyone can be an immigration consultant and charge for their services. It does not guarantee they are capable, knowledgable, or correct in their advice. That is why there are some good folks around her who offer assistance for free, or who encourage some good screening of anyone someone might like to hire. There is also CSIC which is a voluntary association of consultants - but even then, we have met a few member around this place that make you wonder what sort of standards are maintained.

Sharon, I´m really happy :) because you like my new name, also extremely happy because my today´s message is more clear than the one of yesterday. I hope Roy, will also understand my fear.
I would like to add that I started about 2 months ago using forums and seeking for advises also I wanted to share the bad experience I had at work with the others. Just, to make sure what´s happened to me will not happened to someone else.
CSIC, I didn?t hear about it before! I visited the Web site and it is very good to know, thanks Sharon for the tip.

sometimes people come on these forums to cause trouble or to trap legitimate consultants into giving illegal or wrong advice so they can report them to CSIC. it is all rather juvenile. Roy has had his fair share of nastiness thrown his way so he is extra cautious. Your Advisor name really had him feeling suspicious.
there are some pretty bad stories out there - that is why Roy and others like me hang around to help people separate the good and bad information as best we can.

ah ah ah, I didn´t know that my ?advisor? name did cause troubles. Believe me I don´t remember what makes me thinking of that name.
Even when I give "any advise", it is clear in my messages that is not an advise from an immigration consultant, it is my own point of view and I always use the word I believe.
Anyway, good to know.

Ah ah ah ah, Sharon, don`t want us to suggest the CIC Web site or to contact any of the CIC officers but emails. He is saying that is dangourous suggestions in one of his replies. but if you suggest Roy or Sharon, the ones that are saying ´We can help you immigrating in 8 months´ it would be a nice suggestion.
Again, what a folks he is. Who is taking decision, Sharon, Roy or CIC Officer? Do you expect from me to ignore the CIC Officers advices and take in account yours. What stupid, I would be if I do it.

Again a ridiculous comment by you Fisher Fighter. Contact a CIC officer now that is funny I still am LOL. How many people have applications that they can get no information from CIC other then "IN PROCESS"?????
It depends on which type of application and callint the call in Centre you do not speak to CIC officers. Lets ask Fisher Fighter how many InLand CIC offices actual CIC officers phone numbers SHE has? LOL I´ll bet ZERO!
