| Subject: My papers are OK 4 immgeration but IELTS |

hi guys,
I have an open work permit for 2 years, and I have been in Canada for 4 months only, I´d apply for immigeration
I knew that I should apply for regular application NOT simplified.
all my papers are ok except IELTS, so could I file my application without it and write the exam later?
should I get new original police certificate to apply or the copy ( I sent the original to the canadian embassy in my country) I did before arriving Canada?
my wife is doing masters in a canadian university, does recommendation letter from her supervisor boost the application?
